Tige 20V for sale

I am thinking about selling my 2007 Tige 20V. I just had it winterized, and I am wondering if I should wait until March or so of 2010 so i can de-winterize then list it. It would seem the buyer would want to test drive it, and with it winterized, it would not be so easy. How do people in colder climates sell boats during the winter? Thanks.

Just drain the water and reinstall the plugs. This way it's safe from freezing, but ready to go if a potential buyer wants to demo. We ride year 'round here in NC, it takes 5 minutes to pull the plugs on the ramp and let the block drain on the ride home. Other then that, I do all the other end of season stuff: Oil change, stabilizer in the tank, trans and V-drive fluid change.
