You can also pull the nut under the transmission cooler. It is located directly under the transmission cooler. I do this with mine and its much faster. Use a 7/16 wrench.

Drain Plugs

I found a few pictures of the location of the (2) drain plugs, (2) engine block plugs and (1) trans plug locations on my 2008 Z1, Marine Power engine. The small trans. cooler plug is hidden on the starboard side of the engine.

For a bonus, I added the impeller removal picture.
