    Testing Engine

Had a great day on the lake yesterday. We tested one of our engine in a hydroplane boat. Went pretty well. Here is the link to the girl who drives the boat.

I'm not to sure about that. I got into the boat when it was here at the shop. I'm not a big guy but my shoulders were very tight in the seat. No way could I stay in there w/ the top close for a long time. I couldn't see out the windshield.

It was a very fun day.

She was clocked at 140mph before she backed off. We don't think she got wide opened. The first 2 runs she was hitting the chip pretty hard and the last run was the best. During her 3rd run she hit a bird and it spoked her.
There may be another test coming up I heard but I am not sure for certain. We at least know that our engine is more than what they had.

We may do another sometime in Dec. I don't know if it is set for sure yet or not. I hope I get to go again.

we need a reverse taps system to keep the nose down.

If I get to go next month I will. I plan on taking my tripod this time. It was hard to get good pictures w/ the boat going that fast. The next test should be better, hope the weather works in our favor.
