From Davis? There is really no hills that I can think of. Lake Oroville is at 900 ft elevation.

        Thanks for the great review!

I think you mentioned you weigh around 400, what was the total weight on the goofy side? Just trying to get an idea of people weight plus the 600 in the locker.

        Thanks
Maybe you missed my question... Thanks in advance

You can get the RZ2 with the same "E" series tower you have now, so no worries, the boom will swap right over.

Towing my boat is like driving a fully loaded VW bus...no balls. Going up to the Bullards Bar dam I had to throw it into 2nd going 20 mph.

Are you towing with that VW bus?

Time for a new tow vehicle but that is for a different thread!

No problem. About 750 of people weight with all of us. If you don't have the people weight, a 400 lb sac on the seat would work.

If I had one, I would replace the sac in the locker with about 600lbs or so. That would solve the problem, and other than your ballast gauge be off, you would be none the worse.

Like Always very nice write up Ragboy. Ben is a class act and represents the company well. I am sure he has a very strong investment in the company. . I love how he is so willing to take the boat of the dealer path and show it off also. That certainly grows the brand.

Great write up! Makes me want one! I would like to see that same type of right up on the RZ4, just to be able to compare the two.

I think that you would find that the RZ2 would probably fit your crew just as easily.

I could tell the RZ2 was a bit smaller than my Ve. But the extra bow room just about makes up for that. The fact that the wake required so much less weight, and was actually longer, well, it had me at "hello".

FYI: The rating per passenger that Tige puts on the 24Ve is 16 while the RZ2 has 15.
