    Didn't know This Existed.... Crazy..

Yeah, took a tour of one at the Annapolis boat show about a week ago. Very cool boat and extremely well built / appointed. I'm just not sure what I would do with it?!? But I guess I could figure it out if someone gave me one.

          boat

I think Mastercraft has too much competition in that size boat.I bet we won't see any dealers flooring that baby!I'm guessing the factory will take one to the Ft.Lauderdale show and maybe some larger boatshows this year.

I have to admit that it is pretty cool having a boat that large and being able to surf and wakeboard behind it. That would make a perfect Lake Powell boat!

Can I hitch a ride with you at Powell, when you buy one?

Yes, I will be selling rides for $1000 per minute. You know, let's spread the wealth around...

The one I saw was over 450k. Its nice/different but there is NFW in this world that boat is worth that kind of money.

I read about that a year or so ago. My biggest problem (other then where to use it, or how to pay for it), would be the wake. You couldn't ski behind it.

cool... but what is the point? BIG FOR BIG IS COOL but when the people want to play it is all about the wake. My 04 has better wake all day long.
It would take forever to teach a girl how to pull with that boat. Not all girls just a non boating type girl. It would be a different type of day on that one.

I have to admit, If i had the money or was in the market to buy a boat like that I would get that over a sea-ray hands down. It looks like the engineers really did their homework. A lot of the features shown in that video at least looked like they were well thought out and executed. I think it's cool that Mastercraft has the capability to build a boat like that.

I think most of you are looking at it the wrong way. I seriously doubt that this boat is targeted for watersports use. I think that due to the economy, while most boat companies made cheaper entry level boats to appeal to the lower/middle class, Mastercraft used their ability to produce a larger boat appealing to the upper class, who probably has money to spend. Also, because most watersports aren't cheap to begin with, along with mastercraft boats, they know that most of their customers have money. So if they are in the market for a new cruiser they might choose mastercraft, a name they trust.

Plus, the Pirates of the Caribbean music was pretty cool.
