Sorry I forgot the links. This car dealer in Angola seems to always have a Tige for sale.

Without the box, I would wonder how he plans on shipping it and if it is stolen. If he really only used it once and then bought an extra pair of pro 80's, I bet Wetsounds would have taken it back.

Great deal for Tige owner to pull tubes from the lifting rings instead of the fragile pylon.

A y pulley that attaches to the D rings. The red one is the best out there, but I will include the blue one as a backup.

$15 plus shipping. Both are still in the package. I think you would pay more than $15 just for one of them.

                  Subtle, Tall

When did it change from merely a pansy pylon to a fragile pylon?

It was changed in 2011. Marketing felt fragile could have a positive spin put on it. Marketings positive spin on it to make it sound like a precious metal or something. Similar to thinking that the wakeboard market does not need a taps plate with a convext V hull or a ski pylon (fragile one of course) On a ski/Wakeboard boat. Who knows to keep cost down trim plates will be an option but these will not be hydraulic but manualy adjusted. Before pulling rider, jump in the water and adjust tabs for specific riders needs. THese tabs will have an infinite range of adjustability.

Incidentally...note the pictures of the gelcoat cracks around the ski pylon. As has been discussed ad nauseum, I think if the pylon were tight, that would not have happened, except under severe abuse conditions.

Yes. I have a new used boat. It boiled down to best boat for less than 50K. I found a 2006 Malibu 247 that I felt was in great shape with low hours. It has a Titan tower that I like quite a bit. It is not perfect, but no boat is perfect. I felt best to keep a low profile about it on the Tige website, just out of respect for the other Tige enthusiasts...which I still pretty much am one. But the increases in quality at Tige have come at a price, and unfortunately, the right used RZ2 was not available in my price range when I felt the need to pull the trigger.

Patience might have been a better virtue at that particular moment, but I am very pleased with it so far.

Congratulations and I'm sure it is a beautiful ride (pictures would help)! Everyone else in my family owns Bu's and they build a very nice boat, I researched the heck out of both brands before I pulled the trigger though I am the black sheep because I went with a Tige I am still happy with my decision on picking the Z1 and being a member of this site is just icing on the cake
I still don’t mind taking a few pulls behind their Bu’s during the summer and they are amazed at the performance of the Tige also, (which means a lot since they are kind of uppity)
                                Enjoy your season Tall
