    Heres the latest complaint, pretty much sums up what I said, their 3 year warranty aint worth chit if you cant get your defective product replaced

    Dealer Cost Car Audio is the worst company to deal with. I purchased a pioneer in dash avic f700bt, the in dash broke within a month, I sent it back and now they are telling me it is in back order. Then they told me a few days or next week. Well its been 6 months now and I have not received anything.
    I tried calling and they put me on hold for 1 hour only to hang up on me. i called pioneer and they told me they are not distributing my item anymore. so i dont know what Dealer Cost Car is waiting for. Don't waste your time and money with this company. ]

        I'm happy to help but if they don't have a store of any kind and only a mail drop that will be very difficult.
