Does any one else take a gas shower????

I too take a gas shower from time to time. I've found if i turn the ignition key to the on position I can monitor the gas gague while I'm filling the boat. When it gets close to full I just leave it at that. I do get some funny looks from people wondering why my boat is making that long beeping noise though.

One thing I have found, is make sure the boat is level when you fill. If you are on even the slightest incline, this effect is pronounced. This was a major gripe I had in the beginning also. It NEVER happens anymore, and the reason is because my boat is now in a slip and I fill the boat when it is floating. Open both caps and fill on dock, and it doesn't happen. The boat is perfectly level floating.
