Cable park in Cali???

No... I mean "The Great Park". Here is a brief description I found for it.

The former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro is being transformed into the Orange County Great Park, the first great metropolitan park of the 21st Century.

Spanning more than 1,300 acres, the Great Park will be nearly twice the size of New York’s Central Park..

IMO... a perfect spot for a cable park!

For this, let’s wait and see what they really do.
At one point is going to be a new airport, then a park, and I have even heard about low income housing going there. So at this point I look at it as a wait and see.

I agree...There has been so many different scenarios thrown out there since as long as I can remember.
