    Houseboat on lake Mead?

Looking to rent a houseboat on Lake Mead next summer. Any suggestion on where to rent? Also when is the weather and water temps the best?

Temps are best now. Too hot earlier in the year.

September is the best time plus they give off peak season rates for the houseboats.

I second sept, and oct for the weather and lowest wind. It you hate other boats and jet skis , Consider renting from Temple Bar marinia in the upper basen. It is the farthest from Las Vegas and much less crowed. If you must rent in the summer, latter is better. This lake takes a lot of time to warm up in the spring, but be aware of the temps for 115 daily in july and aug.
