I am sure things are better than the pictures SPBFan. As you said, pictures are just pictures and nothing like a face to face look at stuff. There are too many variables that could be causing the "bubbles" and the "difference in color". Lighting, flash, angle, etc. Not to mention they probably didn't provide you a high res picture either.
