I assume that they are in the rear, the storage areas are an empty rectangular box.

I thought that the space was reduced by the ballast.

The 2009 and 2010 have in floor ballast. All other years had tanks in the back transom area.

One thing we noticed about the ballast this weekend, if you don't turn the battery power off, a three year old can fill the tanks, and when he notices that the water comes out in a stream from the boat, it is fun to play with.

The parents thought the bilge was running an awful lot though!! Lots of laughs.

Not by much with the 09 in-floor tanks, it reduced the depth of the lockers by only inches. The rear tanks are about 250lb's each, so one Enzo sac on top would give you around 1550lb's for surfing. If everyone surfers the same way, goofy or regular, then one sac would be perfect. If you have a mixed bag of riders, then some go with 2 sacs and 2 pumps. This makes switching riders little faster as you can drain one while filling the other v's draining the sac completely and moving it over to the other locker and refilling.
