I know it happens but really are you bragging about it.
Sorry I cannot condone drinking and boating.
I see this thread about to go and into a political debate.
The only issue I see here are the glass bottles on the lake. LOL. And once again... the use coors light!Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

Sorry I cannot condone drinking and boating. Keep it on the shore or keep the boat in the dock while drinking. There are other people on the lake.
Moreover it does not help your ability to perform behind the boat.

I’m sorry but I just gotta say:
a 350 # defensive end in football has had too much to drink after one beer? Or one per hr. I know the table didn't go that far but...... lmao...... It would look like a shot glass in his hand.... lmao.......
I'm not a drinker and I don't play one on tv i'm just saying...Last edited by chadster2; 09-19-2009, 05:10 PM.

Not jumping on the debate, but I would like to add that it must be nice to be on a lake (Powell no less) and have enough room to make a continual slight left turn to help with the surf wake pocket. "Awesome!" That water is so frickin nice!!!!!! Someday, someday I will get there on a boat.I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

I believe we should be good stewards of our sport/sports. When we have many that want to legislate our rights for boating and surfing away. IMHO to be surfing behind a boat(doing what many bureaucrats have deemed unsafe already)pounding beers and posting this on websites is not a good practice.
Please except my apologies for any personal reference.Last edited by KonaKing; 09-20-2009, 02:08 PM.

That is a great wave and some good surfing. Average drinking. kidding. Full marks on all three fronts
This is not a comment on anybody in particular or what they like to do. I would tend to agree though with some others that the most potential harm would be that an anti-boating individual/committee could very likely use this as an example of why towsports in general are 'EVIL' and must be eliminated. Perhaps the lake culture is different there but around here I would keep it on the DL.

Nice! I don't think I could keep 48OZ down on a surf run if I managed to get it in my stomach! Got a guys weekend coming up in two weeks, will have to get a new beer surfing video with my new board and improvements since last summer.
