    Customer service?

    Hey I love my Tige' but I've got one problem that really puzzles me. I've got a tear in my wrap around cushion, right by the cooler, and I can't seem to get it replaced. I've been trying to work with Beaver Lake Marina here in Nebraska. I pointed out the tear to them before my upholstery warranty expired (I have a 2006 22v). Well that has been a year and a half to two years ago. Beaver Lake says that Tige' was going to send them out a replacement LAST November. It didn't come in all winter. Then Tige' was going to mail it to me directly, still no cushion. Where do I go next? I'm getting tired of explaining to people that we take out why my "sweet" boat still has that rip. tear 5.jpg

    Do you have any of this in writing? Will the dealer vouch for you? IMO, have the dealer call Tige and ask where in the heck the vinyl is. There was a switch of warranty managers from what I understand around the same time that you were probably trying to get your vinyl replaced.

    Great to hear that you like your Tige. Things look great in the pictures that you have and looks like you have taken great care of her

      I do believe that the dealer will vouch for me. I've been doing business with them since I moved here in '07.

      Yeah, our boat is great! We ordered it brand new in Nov. '05. No big problems just wish I could get this fixed.

        I would call Harvey Smith at TIGE direct. He will help you. Their never has been a single time where he did not help me.

          Im having interior issues with mine yet again....after 1st year with RZ2 fully replaced (250 hours), didnt use much last year interior fine (100 hours), this year starting to rip again at the sew seams (200 hours+) hope they replace it again....they really need to fix the problem with the tears at the seams.

            I called harvey this summer about getting a new skin for a seat. I had the skin 2 days later. Somethings funny... most the time it's the dealer dropping the ball.
            Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.
