I got lucky and got a partner to cover for me while we tried out the fat sacs and ladder. Got rained out. I got the same call ratio as you, it stinks.

I wish I was that confident...
I bought a Canon D10 camera (waterproof), very happy with it and I cinched the wrist strap all the way down, did not want to drop it in the lake, one expensive mini anchor.

...you have some very attractive "ballast" there on the port side of the boat.

Also--didn't realize the RZ2 only had 1 exhaust port vs. the 2 on my 24ve and others Ive seen. No fresh air exhaust for you.

The single exhaust port is due to the 2009 switch to PCM engines, it is the same across all models.

Also, an FAE can be done with the single port. ImaPigDog did it on his 22Ve. To set up a stable and secure attachment, they basically added a dummy 2nd exhaust port.

Actually, Larry is working on one for me without a dummy port, we are going to use the ladder bolts as an anchor point.

              Great info, thanks guys.

River Runner what size did you go with?
Looks like they offer a couple sizes.
              Thank you

Where can one purchase this ladder?

Does your TAPS plate actually even do anything? I have never seen any that are that far up. I cannot imagine it getting very deep in the water when fully deployed.

I seem to remember my dealer telling me that he actually added a 3/4 inch nylon pad on the plate to give it more excursion. It still wasn't close to being in the water when it was fully up.

                    Be excellent to one another.

Oooh, what a great idea. I am always around TAPS 1-4 and never use TAPS 7-8. By adding a spacer, perhaps you could get the equivalent of a -1 setting, which would be especially nice for cruising around to get the a$$ end of the boat out even farther.

I wonder how much variability in position there is on "stock" plates?

Installed. With a little guidance from Kerlee to get the right part number.....

My son already realized he might scratch his wakeboard! so I need to figure out something there, always something.....

Looks good, If you ever install an FAE you can use longer bolts and add some brackets for the FAE to your existing ladder brackets.

I also talked to Kerlee a couple of years ago and copied his idea, though I went with a different ladder than Challenger and had my guys at the machine shop build me a new slide mount, When I added Sea Dek last year I added custom pads to the top of the upper brace to protect boards and feet.
