Have you tried to get a new set of seat skins from your local Tige dealer? I had good luck with this in AZ.
I would be interested to know how you did this, I've been told that I have to send in samples and then they will only send me bulk material if they determine mine is a warranty issue. I have a few tears that seem to be where the material was really thin, and there is discoloration under the back swim platform. I'll be talking to my dealer this week, but any information would be helpful!
It appears we have the same boat. When I bought mine (used) there was a problem with the engine cover vinyl. I went to the dealer in Mesa and he ordered a new skin from Tige with the info he got from the boat VIN. I had a local shop in Tucson install the new skin on the engine cover. Does not get much easier than that.

Same boat my skins on the engine cover and back deck discolored also. I contacted TIGE since I did not have a dealer in town and they took care of it. They sent me new covers but that is when the warranty was in effect. Bad05 I think your warranty is out not sure but they are not to pricey considering the work that goes into them. Also make sure absolute sure you find an upholstery shop that uses Stainless steel staples. Mine told me that they do and now all my staples are rusting. So they lied to me. It is over $500.00 to replace the back seat now from TIGE so I am going to have to either to a small claims court to get the money from the shop to replace it or just come out of pocket for it.

who is the manufacturer of the newer boat vinyl?? Anybody know?
I need my rear seat replaced this winter.
Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein
$500 for a back seat? Is that just the vinyl? Or is it everything? I also need an engine cover. Time to call Dom and fork over.
That is everything the complete back seat bolt it up and go.

Maybe if they have a pimp my TIGE this year at the reunion I can win it and use that for the seats I need in my boat.
