If your tower is wobbling that bad then I would remove the speakers.
First, I would check everything on the tower... even the mounts under the gunnels.
I know the E-series has been said by some to be horribly wobbly, while others have said it's sturdy as can be. I got the privilege of being on a lake at the same time as another tige the other day. It was a 24Ve w/ an E series tower. But they had 2 485's up there (yes it looked funny). The tower didn't budge! It was rock solid somehow, and they weigh alot more than your tower. So I'm starting to think that those w/ wobbly towers have loose bolts somewhere. So check your bolts.
Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

All bolts have been tightened. Its not horrible bad just when hitting big bumps you can see the wobble in the sideview mirrors.
I have towed my 20V 700mi+ a couple of times with Pro60's on the e-series stock tower and never had a problem except da_m bugs.
I now have a Sampson and have towed 1400 miles round trip with out a problem. I have quick release mounts now so if I stop overnight I can take speakers down in a couple of minutes.
