I am with the cup holder up on the dash, wishing there was 2(beer & cell phone) instead of none. Pleats are not such a good thing, just look at the older boats. I am a CLEAN FREAK and I can imagine how those pleats are going to hold onto all of the crud. I always use the area under my pedastal for everyone's flip-flops, so I am not so sure I like the raised area either.

As far as a cup holder in the dash, obviously that didn't happen. Oh well, it's a great looking dash and extremely user friendly. There is a little storage area underneath the screen that an I phone fits into perfectly. As far as the pleats go, there is no stitching to hold dirt. The pleats are vinyl welded. Never knew there was such a thing.

And for the flip flops, if you lift one of the cushions on the left, there is room for a few flip flops.

I like the cubby, I see it now but I don't like all of the cupholders on the floor and still want 2 on the dash.

Its funny how this always comes down to cup holders, isn't it? Its the little things.

Aside from that, I don't think I have been more excited about a new boat/vehicle in a long time. You know I am a big geek, you know I love tech, and you know I love my wake and my tige. If this thing puts out a wake like mine, and has all of this, wow. I did a little write up in my blog.

You're right ragboy, they gave us the other stuff we've been griping about for years and then people like me find something stupid to complain about. It's a bad azz dash! I love how on WW they all put it down because it's Tige. If it was on MC or Bu they would all be hyping it up to be the greatest thing that was ever made!

The '09 models driver's seat is also on a raised fiberglass platform similar to that. It is open from the front side, so it still works perfectly for holding flip-flops. It even keeps them all contained. (Assuming that the 2010's are still open from the front.)

That needs to have two piece snap out carpet. One piece in the bow area another in the cockpit. Other wise its going to be a pain in the behind when taking it out and cleaning it.

I wouldn't want to take out the whole thing to clean/ do whatever on one spot in the bow.

P.S. No cup holders in dash that doens't fly with me! Not trying to make a negative post, i think the new improvements are awsome. Glad Tige listens to us so much!!!!!

If only they offered a light grey color! Oh well... at least now you can send it off to aquamat and have them make a light grey one! My sub installs cover the carpet under the driver seat anyways. So if I did this, the only thing you'd see is the carpet inside the hatches and it's hidden, so I can live w/ that.

But Tige could have listened, and it may be an option. Guess we'll wait and see

Im also not a fan of all this "techno-touch screen crap" in a boat. I have all that stuff now and even in a non-marine enviornment it doesnt work flawlessly. No thanks. I like my toggle switches that I can replace for 15 bucks instead of a thousand plus for a touch screen that goes out after my warranty expires.

I could not agree more. This is not like a cell phone that I am going to replace in 2 years.

Fast forward to 5 years from now: You want to buy this boat, but if the screen breaks, which it is bound to, almost everything in the boat becomes non-functional. I don't want a 5 year old computer that has been outside for 5 years in my boat, period. Bu, MC and now Tige are way off the mark with this concept.

If I had a 5 year old home computer break, I would not even be able to fix it if I wanted to. Owning one of these boats with a broken computer will be a disaster because everything will become non-functional. Maybe that big open space to the left on the dash is where you will put all of the rocker switches to replace the computer in 5 years when they won't even make a replacement for it.

Sorry for the rant...

Having said all that, I think this is the best looking dash on the market. The display looks better than any of the others, and I love having it offset to the right. The snap out carpet is a home run for sure. I don't know what welded vinyl is, but I sure hope it is as strong as it was before it got welded. Again, I wonder if someone is imagining owning this boat a few years from now.
