Hi everyone, Just got back from Lake Powell, had a great time, however saturday morning we were stopped by a national parks ranger and was told that wake surfing is illegal on lake powell and carries a fine of 275.00 dollars and you have to go back to page az to appear in court. Has anyone else heard of such bull crap? I can't find anything about it online. The closest thing I can find is a rule banning teak surfing that was revised in 2005 to exclude wake surfing. Of course we just went further down the channel and surfed the crap out of a hidden cove and had a riot.
