    Lake Norris 09 pics

First, I want throw a huge thanks out to Imapigdog for putting this together, and letting us tag along. It was great to finally be back on the water again.

Imapigdog, (Tim) and his Family hosted us at thier floating house on Lake Norris, in TN. It was Tim, his wife Jane and thier two kids, his dealer Andy from Western Ohio Watersports, his wife Jill and thier two kids. There was also another Tigeowner/customer of Andy's that brought his RZ4 down, but I cant remember his name.

We got there Friday afternoon, setup our camp site, and went and had dinner. After that we met up with Tim and he motor'd us over to the house for a while. We hang out, had a few drinks, got to meet everyone, then he took us back to the docks. The next morning, he picked us up and took us back to the house. From there, we loaded up his boat and Andy's, and headed down the lake for a few hours of fun. We floated Andy's RZ2 and surfed off of Imapigdogs's Killer 22Ve (sorry, I'm kinda partial to the colors )

We had a couple of new surfers this weekend, Tim's wife got up for the first time, and Andy's wife got some girl to girl lessons from Surfsup

Sat night, we had a feast. Tim put some pig in the smoker about 2pm and by 6:30, dinner was ready after dinner we hung out for a while before Andy and Jill dropped us off at the dock.

Cant say thanks enough to all you guys for a great weekend

Looks like a good time for sure.

            Mike,

Thanks for the pics and thanks for coming up to TN this weekend. We had a great time!

Is it me, or does it look like Tim is taking one hell of a leak off the side of his boat? Look at the hose on that guy!

Also a big thanks to Tim for hosting everyone and to Jason for bringing his 2008 RZ4.

We were already discussing plans for next year on the way home.

Thanks to those who came. We had a great time and hope you did also!

On Sunday, we reviewed that across the group, we had tubed, kneeboarded, wakeboarded, wakeskated & wakesurfed (Apparently, we forgot to break out the skis.). At one point, we even short-roped a tube and Cary shot photos of Aaron wakeboarding.

I have 500+ photos from the weekend. Here are a few.

We'll start off with Noah who is starting to be a pretty good wakeboarder for 7 years old!

chpthril - Kudos to you and Mrs. chpthril (a.k.a. surfsup) for getting Jan up surfing for the 1st time!

                With skills like this...

...there wasn't a doubt in my mind that you were not a great instructor as well.

Here is a shot of Andy blasting off the wake!

                Andy forgetting something...

Andy - leaning a bit too far back on a wakeskate...

Jill - loving the new board and silky water...

                Jill - cannot stop smiling...

Maya - on her knees on the kneeboard for the 1st time...

Me - showing my best side on the kneeboard

                Andy & Jill's 2009 RZ2...

Tim & Jan's 2009 22Ve from the front porch of our floating house (the view doesn't suck)...

Jason - chatting up some folks for permission to attempt a dock start from their dock...

                Jason - carving it up!

That's it for now. I'll try to post some more later this week.
