We had an issue on the water the other day, and it made me think. I was prepared, luckily, but usually I may not. So I wanted to point this out, in case some of you may be in this same situation some day.

Good point. We always put up one on the tower but for a few dollars more it would be woth having one for swimmers,
We tend to drift away from the boat when playing with the our labradors. Before we head to Arkansas and Bullshoals I will pick up another.

Watch your state regulations with mounted flags.
I know in Missouri the flag is only supposed to be visible if someone is IN the water. I know plenty of people being pulled over for having it up while in tow.Common Sense is not so Common

Flag Buddy, thats funny. I got it from Butt Buddy. OK, its a good safety tip, but I was obviously having a bit of fun with it. The kids wanted to swim across the channel, and so I being a good safe dad, I took a flag. It was hard to swim with, so I mounted it in the old pencil holder. Worked great.
