    Teak Deck Weight Limit?

Wondering if anyone knows if there is a weight limit for the back swim deck. Went out this weekend with a full boat of people and got a little concerned when the majority of them were standing on it.

No, I don't know the weight limit. But I ask guests to limit my teak platform to an occupancy of 1 adult. I explain that is not a floating dock, but simply a cantilevered structure.

I thought I remember reading somewhere around 800 pounds. Don't quote me on that though as I am not 100% sure.

I wouldn't think the teak deck would be the limiting part on the swim deck. I feel like it would be either the studs or hull that the studs are anchored to.

With that said...I'm not sure on weight. Luckly mine is smaller and never has anymore that three people (125 lbs + 155 lbs + 200 lbs = 480 lbs ish)

We had 4 or 5 250+ pounders on ours, but I wouldn't make that common.
