    yet another steering question

Sorry about flooding this board guys, but I have another question. So, my steering is REAL hard to turn left, but easy cheesy to turn right. I've got the new cable ordered but don't think it'll be here by this weekend. Should I be worried about the steering cable breaking while I'm at the lake, hopefully this weekend? I plan on installing the new one as soon as it gets here. Anybody in the Oklahoma City area willing to help? I'll provide food and any drinks that make it go easier

how difficult is it to steer left? one handed, two handed? using your upper body to turn the wheel? And are we talking about a using one finger to turn right?
Its aways going to be easier to turn right because of the prop wash, but Im not sure it should be very difficult to turn left and easy cheesy to the right.

Left - two handed w/ some upper body. Right - couple of fingers.

before I replaced mine, my shoulders were sore after a day on the lake, yours sounds about the same. Those cables are pretty beefy and unless your using an excessive amount of force to turn the rudder I would think your fine until the replacement comes in.
