As many of you know I have my 2001 Tige 22i up for sale and somewhat embarrassed to say that we went in another direction with our purchase.
I bought the 22i used in 2007 and have logged close to 300 hours on it over the past 2.5 seasons. It's a great boat and will make a new owner happy for many years to come. I have made many good Tigeowner friends and am proud to be part of the Tige family.
As I have read, many of you write about the importance of the dealer in making a new boat purchase & it is SO true. I plan to pull the North Carolina INT Series next year and a few other regional competitions The dealer I purchased from, Power Sports Center, has been a INT sponsor for several years now. My teenage son played a big part of the final decision, based on his wakeboarding experience riding many different boats.
We took delivery of our '09 Malibu VLX last Tuesday and have put 13 hours on it the last few days. It's a new hull design for this year and is equipped as follows: 350 ETX/CAT Monsoon (350 hp, catalyst low emission), Hydro power silent tip SS exhaust, keyless start, dual battery, Maliview system -(6.5 LCD control center for all rider settings), JBL Stereo w/remotes (1 GB memory, Glove box has Aux, USB, and Video port), Fully automatic ballast system (200 each rear, 500 belly, 350 bow - 1250# all hard tanks under floor, Power wedge (w/auto set that puts the wedge in lowest /neutral position and returns to set position at speed), 1 swivel wake rack/surf & 2 more wake racks ordered, Boatmate trailer w/LED's and aluminum tread plates.
