    A Break from the Wake

I have a lot of stuff cooking, and like 4 new how to videos about to come out, and a bunch of other stuff. Very stoked.

But we took a break from wakesurfing today, not that we needed one! I love music, especially alternative music and real genuine BANDS. No lip syncing packaged crap if you know what I mean. Anyway, I took my 4 oldest to see No Doubt and The Sounds at the Sleep Train Amphitheater in Marysville. We really had a great time. The Sounds were incredible, and then No Doubt was amazing. No Doubt was just a band, they seemed to be playing to have fun, and it came through the music. A great show.

The Sounds were great, check them out if you haven't.

    Finding our seats.

    Amy and Whitney

Paramore was next, they were ok. That chick is TINY. She looked 12.

Whitney gets her arm signed by the Sounds.

    No Doubt Rocked

First time in 7 years the Sleep Train amphitheater was sold out.

We had a great time, it was a lot of fun.

Y, I have been listening to them for several months now. One of those rare bands where I like almost all of the songs on the album.

Y, the Sleeptrain is the biggest place I will see a band. Its a good spot for a large venue. I usually only like going to small venues to see bands, but I make an exception for the sleeptrain. We are probably going back for Blink and Weezer.

I would love to see Green Day but I don't want to go to the Arco Arena.

SLEEPTRAIN???? Doesn't sound like a great name for an "entertainment" venue. lol
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

It's a mattress retail chain that is the sponsor, so like the "Staples Center", this is the "Sleeptrain Amphitheater".
