I have more info, but I thought I would put this up. I did some more research, and I found this check valve. Its a bit big, but its a plunger style, to use on the vent hose, and you can actually adjust the tension, so you can adjust how much you want your bags to be pressurized/filled.

I have had enzo sacks in my 24v since 06 and fill them up all the way every time I dont care if I have a full boat of people or not the more weight the better I havent had a single prob ...Huge wake I have a manafold with tsunami pumps on it I use a thru hull system ( a scoop on the bottem ) its simple and works well
