    My new 2000 21v

Here's some pics from our camping trip to Union Valley Resevoir in the Sierra's over the weekend. Bought the boat about a month ago and love it. Not quite a sweet as some of the newer Tige's, but imo looks pretty good even with the old metacraft tower. Next upgrade will be to a Samson with a new bimini as well. Also not pictured is the F.A.E. i installed before we left, man what a difference. The F.A.E. is a must, boarding and tubing the whole day and i dont even remember smelling exhaust once! It does dampen the beefiness sound a little, but then again i dont drive a car with headers on it either so its an easy trade off for me.

Also the last pic is me wakeboarding at the end of the day for the first time coming in towards the dock which is why the rope is gone...but landed it! Now before eveyone's B.S. detector goes off, back in the day when it was actually called "SKURFING" we were skurfing before most people got into it and way before wakeboards. That was over 15 years ago i last skurfed, but, it was just like riding a bike, i was up on the third try and at the end of the day...the glory days were back! (I just dont remember the aches and pains back when i was 20ish.) Anyways love this site and forums. F.A.E pics to follow!

Welcome and I love your boat, especially since I have the exact same model and color. By the way I'm headed to Roseville tomorrow to visit the in-laws. We'll probably ski Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in the Sacramento River.

Sweet! Doin' it right with the FAE first and then a new Samson.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

I think we were camping at the same time up at Union Valley. Over Fathers Day weekend.

Nice Tige and I am sure you will like it.

Thanks everyone. Looking forward to some good times. Da.bell we were the weekend after fathers day, pretty sure i would have spotted that sweet RZ on the lake! We camp at Fashoda campground. The only drag was the idiots next to us both nights refused to put away their coolers without the food so at midnight then again at 3am a bear or bears came thru and were nocking his crap around. After the first night the guy tells me he forgot he left a dozen eggs in his softsided cooler. Nothing like the sound of that getting ripped to hell in the middle of the night. Only time in the last few years we have had a problem up there. Union valley's a great lake especially if you can go during the week, hardly any boats at all due to the climb up.

That dang bear got 7 pounds of food the day before Fathers Day at Wolf Creek Campsites. That bear has been stalking the campgrounds this year already. I could have swarn that I was you.. Oh, well. I am sure I'll probably see you on Folsom Lake.
