    Way to go Fred's Manire!

I wonder if he will be getting a bunch of inventory that was unsold elsewhere...for good deals?

Are they the ones that were posting on WW asking people's opinions and everyone on there said not to do it?

Wasatch is no longer a Tige dealer. I have seen a guy from Fred's on Wakeworld a few times and he talks a good game. He was talking about Epics and I was impressed overall with his internet demeanor. Hopefully that translates well into customer sales and service.

So are they not doing the big Lake Powell trip later this year?

If I remember right, Wasatch has scaled back to just service, no longer selling any new boat lines.

I am pretty sure that means we are hosed for the Wasatch Marine reunion that we had planned for the first week of August, although I have not talked directly with Jwalk. Why would you throw a party for folks you no longer cater to? I suspect he may still do one for his Yacht folks, but I think he stopped selling altogether...so who knows? I would still feel guilty going to his reunion knowing that he is not a dealer of a product I am even interested in. Despite my current boat ownership situation, I still have a big spot in my heart for Tige. You never know what the future holds...

Fred's is awesome, they have always been my preferred local guys. Our first boat was a Capparal from them. They probably will not carry a huge inventory as they are more about full service and do a great job at service. Fred is a guy who cares what people think of his business. His son Brian is following his dads lead and runs the retail side of things. My is that this is a great addition to the Tigé dealership network. They are just 15 miles north of Salt Lake, that's great for me I'm only 5 minutes away. Maybe not so great, I usually stop by there too many times a summer already according to my wife. To many visits may cost me a new boat, maybe next year. Way to go FRED's
My dad always said "Stupid Hurts". He's yet to be proven wrong, but for some reason I keep trying.

I had heard that he was planning his Lake Powell reunion for the first weekend in September (Labor day).

Thanks for the heads up OWN. Next time I am up that way I will have to stop in. I have the same problem mostly at Marine Products though.
