Carling Dash Switch Pin-out

Does anyone have the diagram of the pinout of the dash switches Tige uses? In particular, the Nav/Anchor light switch? Putting a new tower on this week and it has the light on top. The boat originally had the light pole in the back. I tried tracing the wires forward, but gave up as Tige's wiring is so ridiculous. This is not an exagerration... in a 12" span, there are 3 damn splices on each of the 3 wires. It went like this .... 4" splice 4" splice 4" splice.... finally it had a longer run into the loom. No telling what hidden by the Loom. Did they run out of wire and only had scraps laying around or what? That's ridiculous!

I was looking at the back of the switch, but the only 3 wires that aren't piggy backed into the other switches, or dead ended on itself are all 3 grey. I was gonna T up by it, but this nest under the dash is kind of ridiculous. Thanks for any help guys!

Just skip all that and rewire it with new power and grounds to the switch...be done with it. Why do you need to use the exact saem wire leads???

That's whats I'm doing... But I gotta know the pin-out.

My test light is busted. So I can't figure out which wire is switched, constant, and ground. All 3 are the same damn color. The manuf. already warned me not mix up the power and ground wire on the 360* LED light, as it will blow it.

I was originally gonna use the same wire leads simply in case I ever wanted to use that back plug in.... for whatever reason (who knows why). But when I got in there w/ that rats nest, I decided differently.

How many pins on the switch? Using a test light will be the easiest way to get it correct.

If I remember right, 6! But I'll crawl under there again and double check.
