Right mouse click the picture, scroll down to Save Picture As, click the desktop icon on the left, insert a valid file name, and then click the Save Button.

Thought that might help you out a little bit. You already have the pictures, MS Outlook puts them into the body of the message if the person who sent them to you selects that as an option.

yeah, tried that but was only letting me save as bitmap. I just figured out to take the bitmap, insert into paint and re save there as jpeg.
