We just came across a good find for covered and secure storage. A local Holiday Inn has a huge multi-level parking structure. They rent covered spaces for about $70 a month which is great since we have been paying much more than that for outside storage. We never even thought of such a place to store our boat and was turned on to it by our new neighbors.

My 21I will fit into my 21 ft, 3 stall garage if I back it in at a slight angle. I bolted a wench to the floor and place my trailer on 4 wheel dolleys. With one friend I can pull my boat out, jack it up remove the dollys and put on the swim platform in less than 5 min. I can winch it to with in one inch of my side wall and one inch from my back wall.
