    Help with Starting

I just bought a 2005 V22 - it is a repo from a bank - I know the boat runs but I cannot get the guages to power up or the boat to turn on. It is in neutral, and the battery is working fine (bilge pump and blower etc works fine). I do not see an emergency kill switch on it - and I checked all the fuses under the dash and could not see a problem. Any suggestions?

On my '07 there are 2 master switches under the helm around where the circuit breakers are. Do you have those?

There's a big red breaker on your engine. Check that to make sure it's not tripped.

There are no master switches I can see. There are 5 push breakers and lots of breakers under the dash associated with various controls.

I see the engine breaker - the problem is I have no power to the ignition and the top indicators (amps, fuel guage, etc)

Check the wiring harness from your battery cutoff switch. Mine went out not long ago.

Thanks - also checking the ignition itself

                Got it running

Thanks to those who posted - it turns out that the main positive connection to the engine had come uncrimped - it was actually hard to see that the connection was not there as it was hidden behind a battery switch box. Runs like a champ!
