WS 420 Fun

Well I finally got to use my 420 on a tard.
I was in the "no wake zone" waiting for my wife to bring the trailer to load when a fifty something bald headed dude thought it would be neat to do fast tight circles near me. By the time I got my boat turned around and tower speakers cranking he was on shore and taking off his vest. I said "Hey dude on the PWC this is a now wake zone here." He put his vest back on and came over to me all pissed off. He fired off asking if the kids on the dock were mine and that they aren't allowed to fish. I said the kids are not mine and this is a no wake zone. He said this was his first time to this lake and that he is from Oregon. Oh and he also said "You embarrassed me in front of all the people on the shore."
No offense to any fifty something bald headed guys here.

HAHA... I've used mine on a roided up meat head in a Baja that did the same thing. The party cove we were at applauded me. He wasn't happy... the girls on his boat later came and danced on my boat. Priceless!

Just remember, the mic comes off and could strangle someone very nicely

I was talking on my phone in a long very busy no wake channel and had 2 ipods sitting on my dash with all my passengers phones last weekend. Buncha fat girls and some tools thought they were hilarious squirting boats with the super-soakers. I told them NO, and fat girl did it anyway....soaked my brand new Blackberry, ipods and everything else sitting out. The expletives that came out of my mouth (up to and including the "c" word) would have made a trucker blush. I was LIVID. Then the sausage in the boat wanted to get tough...funny how they're always tough as they drive away refusing the invitation to turn around. I made sure to point out that fact to them as well. Everybody in the channel then started giving them a hard time and booing them. It was pretty funny.
If that 420 breaks tomorrow, I feel I got every bit of my $350 worth from it.

I think I'm putting a paint ball gun in my boat though...cursing and embarrasing them just didn't give me enough satisfaction.

Forget the paintball gun. Take a motor out of an old Jetski and attach a fire hose to it. The look on their face has you blast them will be priceless. The only downside is that you have to carry it with you. But, it would fill your ballast in 2 seconds

The 420 on my boat is used every single time I take my boat out. Any little reason and I am on that thing. It's too much fun.

Any trick on keying the mic on the WS420 up? Everytime I do, there is a horrific feedback sqwawk.

One of the front equalizer knobs is marked "mic" - turn that puppy down until your feedback is gone.

A Wet Sounds brand of stereo equalizer - it also acts as a line driver, provides separate volume control for tower speakers and cabin speakers, and it has a microphone which allows you to talkback to your rider (or anyone else on the water) through your tower speakers.
