What to do with a towable while wakeboarding?

Besides not taking a towable (big a$$ tube,) what do you do with the tube while others are wakeboarding/surfing? This weekend I put mine in the bow and strapped it down, but that rules out anyone sitting up there while others are wakeboarding (and it's hard to see over). While I am cruising, I strap it down in the back over the sun pad and it works great...but it blocks the view for wakeboarding. I have four young kids, so I have to have the tube with me since that's all my younger two want to do. I doubt the bimini can hold it (maybe it can)??? Any ideas would be appreciated.

This past weekend, I slid mine up in between the bimini and the tower. It did mash the bimini down some so that I had to duck going out the back. I did not get up to boarding speed, but I'm sure it would work at surfing speed. Oh, and it drips water on everyone

Depending on how big the inflatable is, this may not be appealing to you, but I keep my tube deflated and stowed away when not in use. I just fill it up with a 12V emergency roadside tire pump when we want to use it. Takes a minute or two to fill, and seconds to deflate afterward.

For wakesurfing, try attaching it to the cleat on the opposite side of the surfer. Make sure there is just enough rope to allow it to tuck behind the boat. The wake will keep it on the opposite side.

Try it without a rider once to see if you're comfortable with it and get the rope adjusted to the right length.

I set up a spot on the lake and drop my anchor and then attach the tube to the anchor making sure I stay in the area of the tube.

          Okay just for dogbert:
          1) Drop the anchor where you would normally anchor your boat
          2) Attach the tube to the end of the anchor so it stays put
          3) Head out to to wakeboard/surf/skate/...

Leave it on shore when not using it.....

Or normally we know somebody on every lake and we tie it to their pier.

I have a air mattress inflater in the boat that plugs into the cig lighter. It inflates and deflates the tube in seconds (literally). After the kids are done I suck all the air out and then I just store in the back compartments. It folds up really small when you get all the air out.

I have a Great Big Mable (8' x 10') and it is HUGE and I can deflate it and store it without any problems.

I got the mattress inflater from Walmart. Its a Coleman and it works awesome!

I have done that a few times with this Ski Bob toy we get out for little kids. I have also deflated them and left them on shore, but never anchored them.

Either drop the anchor to keep it in place or tie it across the sunpad. Of course that blocks the beer cooler, but before I tie it down I grab a couple and put them in the useless cooler under the observer seat.
