Loose Cleat

I have a 2003 Tige 21i and noticed one of the rear cleats is loose. Can I access that if I take off the side panel (cushion) in the boat?

Not sure how to reach it on an I-drive, but make sure you use loc-tite!!

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
