    Tige 2300V tower manufacturers

I'm trying to figure out who made the tower on my 2001 2300V Limited. I believe it is a "factory" tower. I'm interested in purchasing a bimini and have noticed stock pin locations on the tower for such an addition.

Anyone know who produced for Tige during this period?

The tower on your boat was made by Metcraft (aka Metcrap). The towers were busting at the welds with too much stress.

I'm sure it is a Metcraft tower. They no longer make those towers or biminis for them. You will have to get a custom bimini made for it. Here is a pic of what mine looks like, I had a local canvas and upholstery shop make it for me, you might be able to find somebody on this site with an old frame they can sell you. That is how I obtained my frame.

Thanks, guys. That sucks to hear that. My tower seems to be holding up just fine. I'm 210 lbs and it supports chin ups from me and all kinds of people hanging on it (don't ask why). I do welding myself and the welds appear to be good quality. If I must...re-weld....oh well but seems ok for now.

Yeah, I'm already designing my own trampoline bimini and have access to master sewers at work who do nothing but canvas work. So I'll be welding up the frame and mounts.

Just wondering if an off-the-shelf unit was available before I spent the time. Now I know to order the parts and fabric.

Yep that's my tower but powder coated white.

How much did your canvas shop charge for your bimini? Do you happen to know the dimensions (length & width)?

If I had the capacity to do my own I would copy this guys from wakeworld. This is hands downthe nicest looking/functionable bimini I have seen. I'd copy him in a second.

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

That's pretty cool. Not big on the zip ties but other wise cool.

I had my bimini and bow cover done at the same time for $1200 or so. Mildly custom 3 color matching setup. Check my gallery for pics.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Repace those zip ties with some bungee cord (colored to match the boat of course) and you would have the schnizzle!
