It's a little hard to see, but it looks like the TAPS gauge. There should be a control for it on the left side of your throttle handle. It will lower or raise the trim tab (TAPS plate), which lowers or raises the attitude of the boat while under way. You can use this to shape your wake.

Can you get a larger picture of just this gauge? It's impossible to tell from your picture. The gauges on these boats are interchangeable so it's possible the previous owner removed the original gauge and replaced it with something else.
