    Thanks, it is appreciated.
I am modifing my vent hose a bit so when the rear bags fills, the vent hose does not kink and put as much pressure on the quick release and check valve fittings. I will post the updated pictures when finished. Good point made by the forum observers (G-Money)!

I had the same problem with my system.....

I had some PMs about the in-line fuse. Here is a picture of what I did using a 20 amp In-Line from the Breaker Box (Hot) to the in-line fuse then to the switch.

            Modification

Got 2 new (W746) elbow FlyHigh Fittings to modify the vent hose. (Thanks Andrew for the quick reply.) This modification should take the pressure off the vent hose and fittings. It is a bit more hose than I first invisioned. Oh well, it will work. I can still remove a bag for storage to stow the wake and surf boards. Hooking up the bags take seconds.

Now, the boat sits in the garage. Can not do a whole lot but dream of spring when we just got dumped on with snow. I hope winter goes quickly.

We have definitely had enough snow/ice and ready for spring.

At least you can see your boat.

Now that the Dayton, Ohio weather rached 70 degrees today, had to fill up the fuel tank, run the engine using the Fake-A-Lake and fill the Ballast Bags using the Fake-A-Lake. All systems a go with no leaks. Just need a few more weeks to hit the water. The pump puppies sucked in the water faster than what the garden hose could deliver. Anxious to see what it can do on the water.

Looks like it is moving a lot of water. Very nice.

Took the boat out on the lake for the first time to play around with the new ballast system. I did get a much improved wake. If the water was not so cold, I would have put the board in the water to have some fun.... This is TAPs at 7 and at 10.5 MPH. This Seemed to produce the nicest shape and the longest "pocket". I am happy with it.

How much weight did you have up front, the Z1 likes some? Did you only have the rear sac on the surf side filled? try TAPS at 4-5 and speed 11-11.5. It may be the angle, but your wake looks smaller then the unweighted Z1 I surfed last Summer.

I had about 370 lbs on the bow floor. You are correct, the Z1 needs weight up front before adding to the rear. I just had the rear starbord sack filled. I know once I get a few more guys in the boat, the wake can be a bit better. The boat was sure slanted to the one side and water was close to the rub rail. I will have to try a faster speed with TAPs at 4-5 mph. The pictured did not seem to capture the wake very well without someone in the water to use as a comparison.

In my 22i I fill up both sacs in the back and just move people over to the side that I am surfing on. I think I’m going to buy a fat brick too, just to move over also.
