I will be using a 400 lb bag (manual fill with the Tsanmai 1200 pump) on the bow floor walk area. This gives the kids something to do. So, I am not 100% automated. This is the best I can do. I think I will be happy.
You could.......Add a third pump to your system that has a long hose with the quick release fly-hi fitting on the end with a cap. Then you can place the sac in the floor pull out the hose hook it up and fill the sac, no need for a vent because you are watching the sac fill. When you're done boarding hit empty the sack drains you put away the the bag, cap the hose wind it up and your are done.

What I notice on my setup, is that the bow sack makes the biggest difference in the shape and size of the wake. Specially with the sacks full on the back.

What I do most of the time is only fill the back side that I am surfing at and the Front. Unless I get a ton of friends to move to one side of the boat.

You will figure it out by trying the best setting that fits your boat.

      Again your install looks awesome!

I have similar issues on my 21v. I think I get about 350-400 in my integrated bow sac (Fly High). We still end up throwing a 750 in the walkway.

Yeah, it's like the perfect place for all ballast to sit while wakeboarding...too bad there's no place to stow it right there. Surfing's a different story.

Reason why you get the center cushion.

I got news for you, there's not enough room under the center cushion.

I'll stick with the 750...it doubles as a center cushion

You could do this but now you are pushing the cushion up a little.

Keep in mind that I have a 21v and it's pretty shallow.

Exactly, the Pro X Series Tube Sac (W704) is what I plan on using in the bow walk area. Kids may have to sit on it or gently step on it to sit in the bow seating area.http://www.fatsac.com/FlyHigh/FlyHighSacs.html#20
Thanks for the advice. The Tige forum has been such a wealth of information.

Well I could free surf behind it before, should be perfect now. Nick and I went back and forth on this for weeks, the way Nick went is a lttle more expensive, but is best setup of all we discussed.

Very very nice install. Looks like the Air Force trained you well. Perfection in everything you touch. Just like Air Force guys do. Everything is tied back very clean and neat and looks like it is ready to function for a long time. GREAT JOB.
