I have always put the pumps against the stringer and the manifold up against the engine. You might need to cut a little bit off of the big black hose coming from the transom. I know it will work as I have done an 2007 RZ2 before.

I would go with the Johnson 950gph over the Tsunami because it uses 3/4" pipe thread and will thread in just like the current pump. The Tsunami uses 3/4" straight threads, so it will not thread into the PVC manifold.

ok, how is this. The most forward pump is still not above the manifold?
or, what about adding a fourth tee on the end so the most forward pump is the same?
and they will need to lean over some right?
Man, I have alot of questions. I just want to do this right the first time.Attached FilesI'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

Dam, i put that pic in the wrong thread.
After looking at it, I am not to happy with that set up, because the rear two pump cartridges cannot be accessed if need be. The v-drive bracket is in the way. It just seems to congested up next to the stringer. I want to use the unused space in front of the v-drive and in back of the gas tank.
So I have another idea, stay tuned........I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

option 2
I really like this one with a pump on the end of the manifold so not to create a air problem, However the whole manifold needs to be 18 3/4" from elbow to elbow to fit in between the gas tank and the stringer. I think it is possible, I do not have another elbow right now. I may have to trim the ends of the last tee's a bit.Attached FilesI'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

I like option 2, but I dont see any reason why option one would not work just fine. Maybe Lee would let you in on where they get their manifold parts from, those pumps are tightMikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
