I have always put the pumps against the stringer and the manifold up against the engine. You might need to cut a little bit off of the big black hose coming from the transom. I know it will work as I have done an 2007 RZ2 before.

I kinda figured I would have to shorten the intake hose and do something with the shutoff valve.

Did you notice a big difference with the tsunamis in the manifold verses the factories?

Mine was a complete custom install, so no real apples to apples comp other then what the pumps are rated at. If your 07 has 500gph's like Rushin's, going to a higher gph pump would be a world of diff. I would go with the Johnson 950gph over the Tsunami because it uses 3/4" pipe thread and will thread in just like the current pump. The Tsunami uses 3/4" straight threads, so it will not thread into the PVC manifold.

Your always on top of it when comes to boatin'. I like things in excess so I think now I will have to redo everything with tsunamis. I pulled my hard tanks out this year so my enzo sacs would fill a little more and what a mistake. The 24 likes it in the @ss and on the side. Im going to move the batteries up under front storage under stereo and put the hard tank back in on port side corner.

ok, how is this. The most forward pump is still not above the manifold?
or, what about adding a fourth tee on the end so the most forward pump is the same?
and they will need to lean over some right?

Man, I have alot of questions. I just want to do this right the first time.

The way you have it layed out will work. That looks good.

Rushin, you are getting good at this. Might have to hire you for a weekend to do mine ballast install. Not this winter but maybe next.

You are beginning to be a professional....

Dam, i put that pic in the wrong thread.

After looking at it, I am not to happy with that set up, because the rear two pump cartridges cannot be accessed if need be. The v-drive bracket is in the way. It just seems to congested up next to the stringer. I want to use the unused space in front of the v-drive and in back of the gas tank.

So I have another idea, stay tuned........

ok, here are the options I have come up with. This way I may have a problem with air at the end of the manifold.

                      option 1

                        option 2

I really like this one with a pump on the end of the manifold so not to create a air problem, However the whole manifold needs to be 18 3/4" from elbow to elbow to fit in between the gas tank and the stringer. I think it is possible, I do not have another elbow right now. I may have to trim the ends of the last tee's a bit.

I like option 2, but I dont see any reason why option one would not work just fine. Maybe Lee would let you in on where they get their manifold parts from, those pumps are tight

Ok, I think this is it. I was able to get the manifold to fit in between the gas tank and the stringer. I trimed a little off the 2 end tee's.

Looks like it should work. Can the pumps lay back a bit more to make the outlets a little more upward?

Yeah, I think so. They may be at about a 45 degree angle now. I also want to try and leave some room in case I have to remove a cartrige. But I will give it a try, thanks lee.
