So Lee, did yall change out the entire PVC manifolds on the 07s or how did yall do it?
No on the necklace and yes on the manifolds.

I am out of here for two hours, going to cut the lawn before dark.

That is why I left work early today.

Cool. Did you find all the PVC parts on Lowes or Home Depot? I am Attempting to do this myself, man I hate messing with crap like this. I am not a DIY guy, Im a computer geek. I'd rather pay someone to do it for me. Lol.

      Rushin, I fixed the image.

It is hard to tell what parts that is made out of with the black covering on it.

        Is it three " T-fittings"?

I am just the opposite, I love messing with stuff like this,I am looking forward to doing this. This is just simple plumbing. Good winter project.

I'll make two and send you one.

It consist of three 1.5 x 1.5 x 3/4 tee's. The 1.5" are slip and the 3/4" is threaded. On the last tee we put a 3/4" union inside the 1.5" slip.

lee- did you put anything on the threads of the pump before putting into the T to seal it?

                  Lee,

Are those the 1250gph pumps with the 1-1/8 outlet? If so, 2 ????'s - when do you step down to the Fly-High sac fitting size, and what do you use. Thanks.

I'm liking these Johnson pumps a little more then the Attwood Tsunami because they use NPT instead of NST.

Calling Johnson in the AM to see about buying wholesale!

That manifold pump system is just a display that I have had for about 5 years. What we use now is a Johnson 950 gph twin port pump as it is all threaded on the ends and you can stop the leaks.

Thanks, I think the smaller OD's are easier to deal with without really loosing any flow rate.

I got all my fittings yesterday to build this new manifold.

After looking at the space between the v-drive and the gas tank where the current manifold is, it seems like this new manifold is to long to fit in there.

What is the orentation of the manifold ?
Do the pumps go toward the center of the boat or to the outside ?

I don't think they can go to the outside because there is a beam there.

Is that one pump actually under the v-drive unit?

Lose to it, there is actually a little but of headroom between the bilge and the V-drive. The manifold rests against and is secured to the stringer and the pumps rest on the bilge floor.
