    Another 20v question

where do you put the bow ballast in a 2006 20v. It seems like the compartments are two small to fit anything actually useful.

You have to put ballast in the walkway to the bow. That's the only way to get a decent amount of weight up there. Either that or use the fly high open bow sac, it sits on top of the seats so nobody can sit up there, but you get the weight. We ran a 500 in the walkway and about 500-600 in each rear locker plus the worthless factory ballast in the mid storage compartments.

You can put the integrated bow sac under the seat but it wont fill all the way.

Put a cusion over the top of it and it will be concealed.
You don't have much room up there...something has to go --space or ballast-- you can't have both
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

An integrated bow sac in the 20v would be a joke!! You might get 100lbs. of water in it up there.

Not trying to be the bearer of bad news, but if you want substancial ballast in the 20V you are gonna be walking on sacs, and honestly to get a decent wake you are gonna need over 2000lbs. in that boat.

Yah for sure I put a 600 and a 440 sac up front along with a 750 in each rear locker it makes a decent wake nothing insane. Thinking about throwing the spare 440 that i have along the backseat. That would make what about 3000# all together.

I did a 680 pound skyline bag in the front walkway and a 2-560pound skyline bags in the rear lockers,

I agree with you akdoc. You will need at least 2000. Get close to that and the wake is nice.

This way at least you will still be able to put someone up front. Watch out for those rollers though
