Ok So the sac is on top of the old tank I now have 1050 in each locker and the old forward tank will be coming out to be replaced with a 550 in the front, each side. I rebuilt the manifold for two more pumps tee'd off the end hard to see but oh well. Instead of drilling new holes I used swing valves and combined vents and drains, decided to use brass in stead of PVC. Originally I had spring checks but they would not open with these pumps. The fly high quick connects are great and will allow me to pull the sacs out any time. Oh ya the thru hull fittings in the 90 deg is awesome I will be replacing them all with stainless. So when all is said and done I can probably sin the boat with 3200 lbs of ballast. But for surfing I add what I need depending on peeps in the boat, mix and match

Nice Kona, When are we testing that new ballast?
