    whats the real number?

    according to a 2003 copy of waterski magazine it says the 03 22v riders edition ballast sys is 1600lbs. but looking at the size of the tanks it does not look that big to me. anybody know the real number? thanx

        I asked about it years ago and that's what I was told. I don't think it's changed much on the 22's (either Ve or RZ).

          im going to measure the tanks and see if i cant figure it out. so if any body knows how much a cubic foot of water weighs that would help. i was going to try and compare it to the 05 we have come in but the frt ballast tanks are a different shape so it might be kind of hard. i guess i could measure his to just to compare.

            There are 7.48 gallons of water in a cubic foot and each gallon weights 8.34 lbs. So, a cubic foot of water weighs 62.38 lbs.

                Tige also had a bag option in 2003. I looked at one last week. the bags look to be about 700-800 lbs. Huge compared to my 450s.
