The Rival site has been down and probably won't be back with the same address (accidently let the license lapse). But you can still contact them thru their regular site-

    http://tigeaz.com/

    They are helpful and fair.

IMO, Timmy! is suggesting the correct sacs for your boat.

Contact anhaney, he might have some type of connection also
well Im now running 680 in the back lockers and 600 in the bow. plus my Folks

taps at 5 to 6 depending on the water conditions. Riding at 22-23 mph, gets the job done just fine. I have a buddy w/ a 2007 super air nautiqe and my wake looks just as big as his. he is running 2800 total with Fat sacks and factory ballasts

        oh ya

If your boat is planning normally you can add allot more. Your boat should take 15 seconds to plane, then you know you have enough. Crazy hu?

        Go big or go home

          just starting myself

I just picked up my 20 V aug 1 and I have asked the dealer to install a system for me. The dealer went to a tige dealer in AZ and they sent a package with everything we needed except the bags which we wanted to pick out our selves. We're putting in a pair of fly high x2 18x20x32 bags in the rear compartments. that will add up to 900 lb's. For now the front will just get our old sac from our last boat, it'll go between the seats in front and that will be 500 lbs max. We don't always have a boat full as we live where we board and sometimes just jump in and go for a quick one. I'm getting the install done after the big weekend. I'll report how it turns out after its in.
If I can be of any help at all, your in deep doo doo!

third timer - how much was the kit (no labor) without the bags? Just curious...not sure if I am going to buy a kit or try and make one myself.

              cost

The dealer paid 800 claiming that was their cost. The good part was that it included everything that I need and it was a RIVAL system which from what I hear is the best system. The dealer is going to install it for free as a condition of the sale, but I'll probably be sticking my nose in to make sure they don't do anything I don't want.

*Caution* Dont know how many ballast systems your dealer has installed, but The Rival directions say to install the scoop on the right side of the keel. DONT This will put it right in front of the Tri-ducer (speed-water temp-depth) and will cause issues.

Isn't the hole they want you to cut too large also???? You might want to have the dealer look at and read the Rival install done by one of the members on this thread. Was that Tall????

That was on an older boat. I have the same model and my dealer told me my options were there (which he said wasn't really an option) or to pull the engine so they could install the water intake in the transom. Instead, they tried to talk me into a new boat.

So, I bought a few extra ballast pumps and now we all man our battle stations when filling or emptying...takes less than 5 min.

Not sure what you're saying, but I'm referring to the directions that came with the system for an 07 that was done last month by my dealer. It was their first ballast install, so they fallowed the generic directions.

                      check this thread http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5008

I forwarded the install guide that someone was nice enough to post for me last week to my dealer, and my dealer is blessed with humility. We'll take all the advice you guys give us.
