    I have a Flyhigh with quick connect, but there's nothing to prevent the water from spilling out of it when I disconnect the plug or pump. I use the Fly High integrated bow sack up front.
    FlyHigh, also has a check valve, you can buy. Its a quick connect, with a valve to prevent reverse flow, so water doesn't spill out. But I was told by a few people, including fly high, they sell them, but don't recommend, because they inhibit flow, and so increase fill time by like 25%, which the launchpads would do also. So I guess its a matter of whats more important to you. A gained minutes, or a bit of water.
