2019 R23 ballast setup?

Trying to dial in the wake on my new R23.
Anyone have any recommendations as to what they do?
I usually only have 2-3 guys on the boat.
Do I need lead bags?

The R23 is the same hull as the Z3....

Jabberwocky - got your PM, will just reply here. Agreed with @Bamer's suggested posts. That Z3 setup post is awesome and how i got my wave dialed in last year. However, keep your eyes on the latest thread (R23 setup changes) as there have been challenges setting up the boat the same way as shown in the older thread with what i suspect is due to taps 3 (surf) bracket changes. I've been posting there on this topic, and will have some more testing and video hopefully around this time next week. Bottom line, I've still been able to get a decent wave (and yes you will want more ballast than stock), but just not as killer as last year's wave. Height, length, and push, not as good.
