Hi all I just recently purchased a 2009 rz2. After driving for 15 minutes or so I can empty my ballast for a good 5 minutes of water that comes out. A friend said that it auto fills but I don't know. I was hoping someone can help me on why they fill. Is there a way to shut this option off if that is the case? It is annoying because the bow is always running so high and its super choppy to drive with all the constant weight in the back. Thanks for the help! Happy boating!

Well, "auto-fill", as in no operator input required, is not an option on any Tige or any boat I know of. However, there are cases of unwanted passive filling. Your boat has 3 individual ballast tanks/sacs and 4 fill pumps (2 for bow). First, need to make absolutely sure all 3 are as empty as possible. Next, determine which tanks/sac is/are filling. Then inspect the fill plumbing. Its likely routed below the tank/sac, allowing the water and easy path in.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
