Valve for front Ballast

2012 Z1. While using/running, the front ballast keeps filling up with water with no pump running. Is there a
A block valve somewhere to this bag? I don't use it anyway.
And how do you go about getting all the water out the bag?

Elevating the fill hoses after then exit the bilge and prior to terminating at the ballast sac. should prevent passive filling.

With drain pumps on, TAPS all the way up, get up to about 10 MPH for a minute.
